Work Experience would definitely make you a better student and practitioner of management. But unfortunately, there are little opportunities for working professionals to pursue MBA in India. None of the reputed BSchools are conducting ON THE JOB MBA programme for executives. Only option is IGNOU, and many institutions follow step motherly attitude towards correspondence courses, though is of much superior quality.
