Well it does totally depend on you, company and of course luck. i didn't get job stright away and My some of the classmate got really good job. Even same happen with my Senior and Junior.
When I have passed my PGDBM with Finance, I was looking for Job. All the finance department of different industry or financial service company rejected me because I had knowledge but I didnt have experience. Even it was too hard to find entry level job in finance field. I was master at the subjects like Investment and Portfolio management, Future and Option Financial management and Management Accounting. I had thorough knowledge of these all subjects but I didnt get good break. And after completing three years of my degree I didnt get any exposure in those areas.
Currently I am in UK. I want to come back in India and I am not sure whether I am going to get job according to my qualification or not though I have three year of experience of different industry in different functional area.
