Everyone gets into the puddle you are. To me, it depends on what sort of job you are getting. If it is a job that is giving you the right opportunity to place yourself, I think its worth taking that up.
Take a pen and a paper and do the analysis. Is working really important for you - financially? Do you plan to settle down soon?
However, if it is just a b.com degree that may not give you a lot of exposure in the corporate sector, you might as well go for an MBA. In any case, it will take some time for you to prepare for your entrance - you might as well gain some work-ex while doing the same.
