As far as your question is concerned my view is you first of all be clear with the specialization you want to move ahead in MBA. Based on that you chose whether to go for work experience or not. I did my MBA soon after my Graduation as an Engineer. Do you believe that you will get a good profile as if now as a Commerce graduate. If not you please gp ahead with your MBA and then go for work.
