Well shalini, First of all that depends from where you want to pursue your MBA if its IIM then it doesnt matter and if it is any other college then also it doesnt matter because then even the work Ex wont help.If u want to really get the hang of the real thing go and read Managers not MBAs by Henry Mintzberg .I bet you will realize what u need to do.Please go and have a look at the book.You would understand why i have written all this stuff.
