Dilemma stands even later and further
by Vishal (Badani) on Jul 22, 2006 09:05 PM   Permalink

Work experience is a blessing for any individual wishing to study further or higher besides only an employer who offers a job subsequently to successful completion of any course, which make his selection job easier. However ruling out that a student could study an MBA program without experience is rightly debatable.

Understanding the fact that different reputed Institutions across the globe select students on academics and work experience demand varied number of years besides only 'relevant' work experience. How about a student waiting for two years, would the question be ruled out whether the student should wait until a better School whose known only to produce better students (turned employees) offers an MBA after 3 to 4 years? And what if 'finances' raise a question of pursuing a second Masters after the previosuly studied MBA?

The dilemma and the debate should be taken by a positive stride. The bottom line is 'the students will have to prove themselves'. If at the undergraduate level, they had thought that they are better than most, they should further their MBA study decisions immediately. Bill Gates was a Harvard drop out. What if he preferred continuing his studies?
