If you are realy interested to do M.B.A and do not have any financial or family constaints prepare for CAT exams and get in to reputed B schools or otherwise if you are not financially good and have family constraint go for job in a company which encourages its employees not only to do part time M.B.A but also to promote you to the management side after you complete M.B.A
