Many asked me why, In one go one must go for MBA?
The major reason is sometimes your Learning Tempo is lost, if you join the job.
Also, I talked to many Professors, CEOs around the world. They are of the opinion that, in many MBA curriculums, work experience is an inseparable part. So why not choose such MBA, where you learn and get the work experience in that field as a part of curriculum? Hence, if someone pursues MBA and then goes for the job, then while his/her next promotion is on the due, his/her experience after MBA is counted more, besides skills and performance/s.
This law with some exception is valid in public services, private services, national and international incorporations around the world. It may be India
Hence, MBA degree first and then Job is my clear opinion. Of course, if he/ she wishes can go for PhD/ Fellowship after that for enhancing his skills on the topic s/he wishes.
