Anger is intensified emotion which works as negative force in a person.The best way to combat this is to divert your mind and deep breath.Once you relax the anger is dissolved!!

In your 45 years have not tried to control ur anger?You believe in ladership by example. what if your juniors take ur example and blast off their juniors at the slightest provocation ( a valid reason for you may not be so to the other guy). Can u imagine what would happen to ur team's morale? what ur juniors would think behind your back? So befor you blast off get into their shoes, think and then blast them in private. Love is the best motivator. Your juniors must love u, rspect you and that positive fear of losing your love and respect towards them makes them work better. dont waste ur anger anymore. it has to be reserved for other thins. read Ramayana.

Diverting the mind is perhaps d best option, but most people who get angry quickly act what their heart says.
