Anger control

Everybody has anger component in his personality. The reaction to a stimulus causing anger should be delayed by taking deep breaths and consuming a few glasses of water. Make yourselves think once again on how to react to this situation during this time that you have bought for deep breathing. I am sure atleast 50% of the reaction is lost by then.
