I have a beautiful plan to pay home plans month after month in an easy manner.I think this will be of much use to the users as well.
Lets assume some one has to pay Rs.7000/- towards home loans. one has to invest in a transport business say 2 lakhs for which he gets 8000 every month. so actually he will have 1000 in hand after paying the home loan.
If he does not have 2 lakhs ,he can simply go fora personal loan.if he gets it at 14% diminishing for a tenure of 4 years he will pay 5400/pm to the bank and the rest 2600 he can use it to pay the home loans.after 4'th year the loan gets over and then he gets 8000 for himself so that he can use that money to pay back the home loan.

HI Premanandhan , Your idea is good. Can u tell me how can one invest in a transports business? Do you mean investing in someone's business or buying a transport vehicle of your own?
