Infosys hires all the year round..this is wht the new HR head is saying and thy need more engineering colleges but wht happens to the one tht are already present.In Infosys the engineers of top institues like IIT,BHU,REC etc are the ones who get the best of all wht abt the rest who cmes frm a small college frm a small city and thn after getting into the company relises tht he is just here to do other's work..wht does this means????does thy wnt to tel tht whtever u have studied is worthless and of no use

Not needed...just look outside your window there is a Merc out there to pick u up with an attendant.

Lady...wake up. You to need to be proactive.

Please check out the websites of these top tier companies...go to their career portal. Also, you may need to visit placement consultants in your city.

I hope you have no ego issues to walk in to an IT campus to submit your resume or meet the HR folks.

When Infy, TCS, Wipro and Satyam are all recruiting in such large numbers...their HR people are firstly going to look at people who approached them!!

Hi,

I guess u misunderstood that this is a job portal of Infosys.There are lots of good sites for you to browse through jobs and lots of better companies whch have good work ethics,than Infosys.Try there.
