It's nice to know that Infy is going on hiring spee again..This time on much larger scale !!!
Can anyone tell me what's the criteria adopted by these IT companies to hire.
Coz, I am also an engineer (Chemical), passed out in the year 2004. I worked in a chemical company fro 1 year after that i did Software Testing course so that i can get into one of the IT companies..But till now i am not able to find any job..I have scored well around 65% in engg, and around 69% in 12th std. But in 10th std i have only 59.4% marks..
Is this the cause(Xth marks) that i am not able to get calls from IT companies??
