read your article. It was thought-provoking. However, I have following queries:

1. Which policy or scheme is giving us 10% interest rates, and that too, which should continue to give the same rate until next 20 years.

For 20 year term it is very reasonable to expect a weighted average return of 10% on your portfolio.
