Comparing ISB with IIM's is foolishness. They aren't comparable. IIM is a 2 year MBA program where as ISB is a one year program. IIM is quite established institute where as ISB is still a novice. ISB will take only experienced people where as IIM will take freshers too. You can't expect much of peer learning in IIM's. But yes, may be they will arrange guest lectutes and all that stuff.
If you think in terms of placements, IIM's gets jobs easily because most of the students are freshers. Getting jobs for freshers is lot more easier than getting jobs for experienced people. Experienced people will have specific requirements.
PS:All I wanted to say is IIM and ISB are different and they are not comparable.
Management Politics

Its strange to note how bright Indian brains studying in good institutes like ISB or IIM waste their time thinking about useless issues and not be more mature. What really matters is not brand name or tag, rather skills acquired over long term and quality or learning. While experienced or freshers both have their own advantages, Indian B-School students have to learn to rise beyond hype of placements and look beyond. Management is not politics and don't try to make it one please. Think global IIMs or ISB don't even consistently figure on the top 100 institute rankings in world, a long way to go still. Do your duty and let the results follow.
