This is a marketing brochure of ISB, very cleverly placed. I am an IIM Alumnus, but i firmly believe in the potential of ISB as a top dollar grosser for Indian MBAs. It has all the right fundamentals. The difference between IIMs and ISB is the difference between AIIMS and Apollo Hospitals.
re. diversity.. i do think that a batch of 200 gives a lot more diversity than a smaller batch.. and that, diversity is not just abt experiences. The freshers have ideas.. and that is diversity too.. how boring to have people who have been jaded by their work ex, and cannot think "why not this?" any more. There is a reason why some companies prefer freshers. And they bring a definite value add.
