banks playing cruel in extending education loans

i am an ordinary accountant in a small construction company. my son is studying b.arch III year now he is college first/second in marks.since 3 years i am approaching banks for edu.loan i begged them for only college fee Rs.30000/- per year no bank showed me mercy.sbh loan mela gave a paper sanctioning 1 lakh.but branch sbh turned it mercilesly.edu loan in india is non reachable fruit for real poor.
sbh said parant salary should be credited through their bank.punjab national bank, uti bank,central bank,oriental bank said no unless movable property as surity and have sb ac.for the last 2 years atleast.parent residing in rental houses with littel income were denied edu loans. it is only or rich O people of India, dont get exited till you get edu loan to your children.i spoke the same in public meeting with abdul kalam. he cleverly diverted the point saying edu finance out lay increased.yer increased for rich but not for common man
