Dear sir I have given interview on 26th may 2004 for an immigration visa of F4 category but i have not received my visa yet you have explain about area and zone so I want to ask you that when I belongs to BIHAR then why our all the files and process in mumbai can i transfer my case to culcutta because my zone comes in culcutta.Reoly soon. thank you
