I am working in a software company. I have been claiming HRA and Housing loan since last 3 years with my previous 2 organisations under sec 23(2)(b). The House is at Faridabad and am staying in Delhi and workplace is at Noida. Company is not allowing me suddenly now to claim both the benefits on the ground that the distance is similar and that employee turnover is high so later on incase anything is asked by IT dept, they shall have to reply.Please advise Regards Dinesh Goel 9811096401
