hello sir/madam i am karthick from chennai i am good in reading and writing english but my problem is i cant able to express my views and thoughts in english could anyone pls tell me how can i overcome it

hi,I'm micky i think u have the fear of expressing your views with others in any aspect. So, just u do one thing that u first prepare with yourself what u want to say and it will give u some comfortableness. though u perform not well in your first attempt it gives u some experience and next time u will speak more efficient than the previous.
