hiii,im a student n got placed in an mnc but i cant speak english fluently.i make up my mind ,what to speak....i speak wat ever comes to my mind dat i already thought before.wen i finish my mind gets blank.i go dumb.it's like dat i learnt byeheart and yelling out.how to get out of this..pls help me..

Swati, it does happen if you are not a native speaker but ont worry your practice will make a way to reach that level where u want to reach just keep saying and allow your mind to say what he wants to express dont hide your feelings and thoughts let it come out and flow like a steady water. Thanks
