you just highlight and emphasis your personal achievements coz it is personal interview i.e P I and they would be interested to know about just ur achievements and least interested in your parents and siblings' profile and moreover if ur parents or siblings are some big shot they can think that you are trying to impress them by their profile or post. so must mention them in your details but just as a character role in the film coz you are the hero there and they are more interested in you rather than them.
