sir

my problem is reverse of all other guys . i want to become a good writter.i can speak english and can understand well, but problem is i dont know hoe to uswe punctuations in writting.. suggest me some solution.

Dear paturi,
you need to spend more time on writing/typing. Then you need to read what you have written and correct the mistakes. You need to read a lot of English newspapers and magazines.

most indian english newspapers are full of grammatical errors, not the best choice!

Poonam, firstly, you don't take another culture - you adopt it. Secondly you don't HAVE to. You have choices. It always surprises me that in India we seem to be very underconfident about our culture and fear the fact that another culture could replace the existing one. Thirdly, speaking another language does not dilute your culture, it merely enhances you as a person. think about it and stop being so fearful.
