Never take pressure of english for interview, dont try too much concerntration on the language, just think it as a stupid tool required by the interviewer to pass the interview, rather than you knowing the work for you are being employed for. The Japanese never needed to know english to sell Toyota in America or Hindi to sell sony products in India.

I am also agree with poonam. I been to canada for a month around and found that people are very different what we think are they. Like they are gentle in nature, they prefer complete cloths, they do not like smoking and drinking much, they like to explore their talents for the sake of their satisfaction. In short, they work to live their life various indian people live their life to work.
And Important thing, they do not speak english continuosly, they just split sentences and speaks. In other words an indian is speaking very effluently than an canadian/foreiner.
But,still they are well ahead than us. just because they are not giving any importance in such matters.

Manoj, I don't think it's fair to say people will forget their first languages just because they learn English well. You probably haven't heard of people being bi-lingual. Whether we like it or not English is the preferred global language and there is a need to speak it - and speak it well. This does not mean putting on an accent, but getting your speech grammatically correct and pronounciation go a long way in sounding better.
