I have been through a tough situation dealing with HR of one of the most reputed and respected software companies in India.
I have cleared the interview and produced necessary information for background verification. The HR team also discussed the pay package. They said I will get the offer letter in a week's time and I waited for 15 days but no reply from them. When i tried calling the HR he said they have alreay sent it but i never got it. I again called up and they said they dont have a job which suits my skill set.
I was shocked to know that after clearing the interview and the background check how can they say that i dont suit the profile.
So there should be certain guidelines for the HR team too.
