There is no age limit for professional tax.Professional tax will be applicable to you as per state tax rules.

If you are over the age of 65 years, you do not have to pay any profession tax...I wish to draw your attention to the fact that there has been an amendment which is effective from 1.4.95 that exempts persons who have completed the age of 65 years from paying professional tax.
