hi im karthik im doing MS in Sweden i wud like to do nother MS in USA so where shud i attend the visa interview in US or India...

certainly you can apply. But remember visa once refused on insufficent funds grounds becomes difficult again .better consult immigation lawyer michel fulwani in front of american embassy at bhulbhai desai road
