for most of these universities the rankings are from 50-120, except the first one wihc is ranked as 27th.
1.are these rankings enough for a MS in mechanical engineering in US.
2.i also wanted to know the climatic conditions of the universities mentioned above... what chances do i have if i apply for a higher ranked university,say around first 20.
3.i am applying for the january admissions - does that hinder my chances of getting into good universities. ie. is it better to wait for the August ( Fall) admissions.
