Study at US

I am an MBA in HR with over two years of work experience. What are the universtities that I should be pursuing for doing a PhD in HR or Organisational Behaviour. What is the tenative score that I should be aiming in GMAT in order to expect a call from one of them.

If you want to do PhD in USA you should have very strong recommendations from India. You should be secure 95+ percentile on GMAT.



GMAT is not the primary criteria when you are taking about PhD programs. Your experience too counts a lot. Usually a 2 year experience is considered very little for a PhD program.



Check the average GMAT score, and Average Experience for management schools at USA Today.
