Hello , myself vivek, i want to do m.s in biotechnology from u.s universities but i dont know what are the best universities for respective program and what is the required g.r.e score to get admission in them. please reply with your valuable suggestions.

check out www.usnews.com. Any score above 1400 is good.

There is no MS in biotechnology in the US. You can do an MS in the biological sciences department. They might have a few courses that are "Bio-technology" related. But you can't do an MS in biotechnology.
