Hi,

Can people study in US when they are on dependent Visa (H4).

What will be the terms and conditions?

Regards,
Sumana

Yes, you can only study part-time on an H-4 visa. You won't be able to work. You would most probably be treated as a domestic candidate, which will have different application deadline.

Well even i'm here in US on an H4 Visa and looking forward to study. I am an Engineering graduate(BE) in Comp with 3 yrs of work experience. Can you help me out with any website or any details about universities which offer these part-time course. Will i be able to get a job here on the basis of these part-time courses?

Thanx.
