Ph.d study in US - Management subject

Respected sir,

I have work experience 20 years in india as well abroad. I completed MBA,MCA,MPhil. Now, I would like to go for Ph.d., in management.

I do need financial support for the higher study.My present age is 43. Kindly give us detail pl.
