am an M.Sc. in biotechnology but want to pursue Ph.D. in psychology.

do i have any chgancves of getting a PH.D. in a subject different from my specilaisation so far?

what is the scope of getting jobs after Ph.D.?

plesae one more thiung, its diffoicult in india to get a well paid job in sector of social service, how about U.S.?

and what is the scope of public health?
