Migrating to US on F 4 Visa- Childrens' Education

I am from India. Self + Wife+ daughter + son migrating to the US on F 4 visa for permanent settlement. Daughter and Son will complete their studies there and settle down.

3. DAUGHTER:

21+, visa cleared, convent educated, has completed her Bachelor in Chemistry ( 12 + 3 ) , pursuing FY in Masters in applied chem. here.

: When do colleges start fresh Intake after October/ November?

: Name good colleges/ universities in NJ/ NY. How about NJ Institute of technology?

Will she get admission in Masters or Bachelor? Fees please

: Can she have scholarship ( eligibility and amount, please ), part time SAFE job and what could the job fetch?

16, English medium educated, passed Xth with 88.29%, elected Mathematics to become engineer, very good at computers, eyeing Defence , NASA and like organizations. CAPABLE of achieving.

: Shall I take Public or Private Schools? Fees please in Private, I understand Public is Cost Free.

: Will he be placed in XI which he is pursuing now
