I need your opinion on whether I stand a chance in getting admitted to top (ranked 15-25) US universities .( Any chance of aid ?? )

My profile :

65 % in engg ( telecommuncation engg ) , bangalore, VTU.( 2004 passout)

Have 2 yrs work experience in UMTS/GSM operations.

GRE Score : 610(verbal / 790 ( quant ) / AWA 4.5 + toefl 283/5.5

I plan to do MS-EE with a specialization in Wireless Comm Networks /DSP.
