I am Mechanical Engineer and have 4 years of experience now i want to do MBA or MS from USA. Please tell me the simple procedure of getting admission any of these courses and best universities for these courses with funding.

You need to figure out your subject, on which you are going to do your MS. The application precidure depends on each university, however, most will ask or two official transcript, 3 recommendation letters, an application essay. Also you need to fill up the application forms (mostly online nowadays). The funding situation is not very favorable for MS students, however, there are many universities, which provide full funding for MS students (like Georgia Tech ME department). So you have to check with your universities of choice. Applying for a PhD increases your chance of getting funding.
