CPA from US

Dear Sir,

I am a chartered accountant , qualified in 1997 , from india.

I want to do CPA from america.
Can you plz tell me any office CPA has in new delhi from where i can get all the information.
CAn you plz answer some of my questions.
what i have to do to do CPA. how much is the fees, whether i have to go to USA for giving examinations, what is the fees, whether i have to do some training also from US>
