I am thinking to apply for green card. I dont have birth ceritficate (as I live in panchayet area in India, they dont start to give birth certificate yet). Only admit of secondary examination and passport is the proof of birth date. Is it sufficient to process green card or how can I get birth Certificate? If you know please help me or if your friend know please let me know.
