American univ. In India

i have enrolled for BBA course in an Indian Campus (new delhi) of American University based in Phoenix,Arizona..Western International University!
1.will i b accepted in Indian JOb industry?

2.in part time, i am also working for an Insurance company, will my work Experience as Insurance advisor(insurance agent, i am among top 5 performer of my branch) count?

3. I want to go into academic field..is there anything like Phd in Management science in USA?

Look, there is nothing like American university in India, its an illusion. Let me tell you your degree is only an American degree if your university is located in US and you have done your full time education in a US campus, and only then you will get OPT to work in US. One more clarification on your BBA drgree, your BBA must be a 3 year degree but there is no 3 years degree in US. Now answer for your second question, part time experience is not counted as experience in US for doing MBA. Third question, yes, you can do PHD in management, but before that you need a MBA degree and atleast 3-5 years of experience.
