My friend was been dismmissed from the services 5 years back stating the reason that he have leaked the company secrets to the competitor and was unable to prove it by the Management rep during the enquiry.
The MR due to some politics he suspended my frend from job for 2 years and after 2 years he hold the enquiry to satisfy the managment that his decison was correct with false evidences.
My friend he is a poor man and was shocked about mgt.decison and his future was spoiled. He is a poor felow and dont want to sue the company he is the bread winner of the family. He went to pillar to post and searched a job where he was given 50% of the last company salary .He feel that since he has not received the service certificate for the dismissed employer he was been servedlike that and his mind is at a mess whatto do.
Whether he has to file the case or
compormise with the existing status
or
Explain the whole thing during an interview so taht he may or may not get job.
