Excellent Article. A Truth is always more powerful than lie. Many jobs are not offered to the best Resumes but to best candidates. Thats all I can say. People do not want glamour they want their job to be done at the end of the day. Today people are more practical than going behind the glamorous resumes. Few more such articles can really make people to speak truth nothng but truth. Thanks for highligting a big problem due to which I lost many best positions due to my "Truthful" behaviour. Infact more the transperant more should be that person and organisation rich. People do not like hidden agenda of the company and falsehood.By the time truth is out many get duped. Once it happened to me. I was the only PhD candidate in the Professor's cadre to be interviewed. However, 'few more' came as they were about to get PhD. Later on the Director found that they did not even submitted their PhD Thesis. So he called me after few more days.But, I take the words,"We'll call you later"as rejection.Hence,I said, "No".Thus, that institute still never got a PhD candidate as their Professor.Thus, even interviewers need to be trained at his front. + Dr. Ashish Urkude, Nagpur
