The author is absolutely right and in my own case, I used to skip breakfast since my child hood and always had little lunch and heavy dinner. To suppress hunger i used to sip coffee more almost an intake of 4-8 glasses a day and used to have it even before having dinner at 8PM. This has totally disturbed my apetite and health and put on unwanted fats due to late and heavy dinners. After starting yoga practice habits have completely changed and have lost 10% weight during last 1 year.
