You cant expect "Angrez" to speak our language well...This is just a lot of hype...I am an indian student in the USA, and I find that Asians esp Japanese, or Chinese who dont know how to speak well AT ALL, are doing advanced graduate courses requiring a lot of speaking, writing and oral presentations. All the professors are very patient when these non-English speakers open their mouths to speak. Of course, at some point you have to try hard and get better. It is good to learn how to communicate effectively, but I dont think that's all that matters. You have to know your subject well. Ultimately, if you have brains nothing else really matters. So, stop the paranoia about the "accent" and learn to communicate effectively. Australians have their accent, British have theirs, Americans have theirs, and Indians have their own 'mixed masala' accents. Hold your head up high!
