Help me out

I can write mails ar any message in eglish.
I can speak with someone by phone.
but i m not able to speak infront of smeone like face to face. that time i had make o lot of mistakes.

Hi karuna,
Stand in front of the mirror and speak english aloud and watch ur expression.and u can also start speaking english with those persons who r just learner that will build ur confidance.
