hi,, when i m start to talk in English,then suddenly one things coming in my mind that, what i m speaking is it correct or not. and also some time i m not getting proper words for making sentences. and my grammar part is too weak. so please suggest me what i should do for improve my English.

u should improve your vacabulary, i.e u should read more and more english words and try to remember them and try to b simple.

divide the language in forms means depending on the tenses dun go after grammar first learn to speak in the simple present then learn the other forms...be patient with learning thats how u can learn 2 b fluent
