Well I was also facing the same problem but after lot of selfstudy I am getting rid of this.
U have to do simple thing that u yourself think that you are in a country or island where people speak only english and in such situation what u are going to do? u understood what I am saying. Do the same thing, think as if a person u are talking doesn't know your local language / mother tongue. U will feel at initial stages uncomfortable but afterward u will never think negative (keep on trying this). Unknowingly one day u will realise your boldness, never stop go on speaking that too in english only, without any hesitation.
Well I am not a trainer nor scholar but this is what i had experienced and thought of sharing with you. pls reply.
