English speaks

I have no chance to interact with persons those speak english regularly.

And I am not bold to speak out, since I fear about the wrong usage.(Gramaticallly)

But I wish to speak english fluently.
What can I follow to improve the skills ?

Pl. recommend a good book to improve spoken english,
with publisher and dealer details.
