What happens to the gratuity on switch of job from one company to the other in the first 3 years? Can it be transfered completly or can i claim my own contribution without interest?

Gratuity is payable only if one has worked with an eligible establishment for minimum 5 years continuously. There is no contribution the employee has to make. There is no transfer if one leaves employment earlier than 5 years.
