Hi,

Your organization can legally file a case against you since you failed to fulfill the agreement but they have absolutely no right in holdinjg your PF account.

This is as per governament rules. You can sue them or loadge a compliant with the concerned authorities regarding the same. This rule also applies for your gratuity amount.

My suggestion is speak to your pervious employer and solve it amicably and if it didn't work out then go for this.

moreover there is no way you loose anything if it won't get transferred. The money will be kept on growing with applicable rate of interest.

Regards
Sreekanth
