I got only 21.2percentile with 0&0 percentage scores in va& english can i apply any b schools

sir,
I got 5.38 in di, 0 in QA, 12 IN VARABAL
total score 5.58% and 35.95% is persentile
in cat 2005.can i apply any b school .
sir i am in final year of arts faculty is there chance to
get admission any b school so plz send me
